Specifically, there are three important things about the hadith about orphans in Arabic and English which I will explain in this article. The three important things I mean are as follows:
Hadith About the Virtue of Caring for Orphans
The first important thing about the hadith about orphans in Arabic and English that I will explain now is the hadith about the virtue of caring for orphans. I want you to understand that first before you read more explanations in this article because caring for orphans is an important discussion about orphans in Islam that must be well understood.
The hadith about the virtue of caring for orphans is as follows:
From Suhail bin Saad radliyallahu anhu, he said; Messenger of Allah shallallahu alaihi wa sallam said, "I and the person who take care of orphans in Heaven like this." He gestures with the index finger and middle finger and then open between the two.
If we understand the hadith above, we can conclude several things as follows:
- Those who take care of orphans with good intentions will enter Paradise.
- In Heaven, the one who takes care of the orphan gets a very close place to the prophet Muhammad.
That is a brief explanation of the hadith about the virtue of caring for orphans. As Muslims, we must understand that.
Hadith About the Virtue of the House Occupied by Orphans
The second important thing about the hadith about orphans in Arabic and English that I will explain now is the hadith about the virtue of the house occupied by orphans. I want you to understand that now because the house that orphans live in has a special virtue that some Muslims don't understand.
The hadith about the virtue of the house occupied by orphans is as follows:
As good as the house of the Muslims is a house in which there are orphans that he is fostering well, and as bad as the house of the Muslims is a house in which there are orphans that he treated badly.
If we understand the hadith above, we can conclude that the house that is used to properly care for orphans has special merits than other houses.
That is a brief explanation of the hadith about the virtue of the house occupied by orphans. As Muslims, we must understand that.
Hadith About the Virtue of Stroking the Hair of Orphans
The third important thing about the hadith about orphans in Arabic and English that I will explain now is the hadith about the virtue of stroking the hair of orphans. I want you to understand that at the end of this discussion because rubbing the hair of orphans is a virtue in Islam.
The hadith about the virtue of stroking the hair of orphans is as follows:
Whoever strokes the head of orphan then he gets the reward of every hair that his hand passes.
If we understand the hadith above, we can conclude that the person who strokes the hair of orphans with the intention of giving love and hoping for the pleasure of Allah will get a reward.
From Abu Hurairah radliyallahu anhu, that someone complained to the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alaihi wa sallam about his hard heart. He then said to him, "If you want your heart to be soft then give the poor food and strokes the head of the orphan.
If we understand the hadith above, we can conclude that strokes the hair of an orphan can soften the heart.
Whoever strokes the head of an orphan, he does not wipe it except for just hoping that Allah is pleased, then he gets the reward of every hair that his hand passes. Whoever takes care of orphaned women-or orphan man-well in his home, then me and him in Heaven like these two fingers (he connects his two fingers).
The hadith above explains that the one who strokes the hair of an orphan will get a reward, and whoever does good to orphan, then he will be in Paradise with the Prophet Muhammad.
That is a brief explanation of the hadith about of virtue of stroking the hair of orphans. As Muslims, we must understand that.
