From Ibn Mas'ud radliyallahu anhu, he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said to us, "O young people, any individual of you who can make love, then he must get married. Indeed it (marriage) is better able to keep eye sight and better able to maintain vital organs. Anyone who can't, then he must fast because it actually suppresses the desire to have sex."

From Aisha radliyallahu anha, she said, “Whenever Allah's Apostle intended to go on a journey, he used to draw lots among his wives and would take with him the one on whom the lot fell. He also used to fix for everyone of his wives a day and a night, but Saudah bint Zam’ah gave her day and night to Aisha, the wife of the Prophet intending thereby to please Allah's Messenger.”

وَعَنْهُ أَيْضًا : إِنَّ مِنْ أَعْظَمِ الْأَمَانَاتِ عِنْدَ اللهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ الرَّجُلُ يُفْضِيْ إِلَى امْرَأَتِهِ , وَتُفْضِيْ إِلَيْهِ , ثُمَّ يَنْشُرُ سِرَّهَا

وَ فِيْ رِوَايَةٍ أُخْرَى قَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : وَالَّذِيْ نَفْسِيْ بِيَدِهِ , مَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ يَدْعُوْ امْرَأَتَهُ إِلَى فِرَاشِهِ فَتَأْبَى عَلَيْهِ , إِلَّا الَّذِيْ فِيْ السَّمَاءِ سَاخِطًا عَلَيْهَا حَتَّى يَرْضَى عَنْهَا

In another narration, the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, "By God, my soul is in His power, it is not a husband who invites his wife to bed (having sex) then she refuses, except creatures in the sky will curse her until her husband is pleased."

From Abu Umamah al-Bahili radliyallahu anhu, from the Prophet (Muhammad) sallallahu alaihi wa sallam, that he said, “Nothing is of more benefit to the believer after Taqwa of Allah than a righteous wife whom, if he commands her she obeys him, if he looks at her, he is pleased, if he swears an oath concerning her she fulfills it, and when he is away from her she is sincere towards him with regard to herself and his wealth.”

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرُو رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا , أَنَّ رَسُوْلَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : إِنَّمَا الدُّنْيَا مَتَاعٌ وَلَيْسَ مِنْ مَتَاعِ الدُّنْيَا شَيْءٌ أَفْضَلُ مِنَ الْمَرْأَةِ الصَّالِحَةِ

From Abdullah bin Amru radliyallahu anhuma, that the Messenger of Allah (Prophet Muhammad) sallallahu alaihi wa sallam said, “Indeed the world is jewelry. There is no worldly jewelery that is more noble than a righteous wife (shalihah wife)."

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : خَيْرُ النِّسَاءِ الَّتِي إِذَا نَظَرْتَ إِلَيْهَا سَرَّتْكَ ، وَإِذَا أَمَرْتَهَا أَطَاعَتْكَ ، وَإِذَا غِبْتَ عَنْهَا حَفِظَتْكَ فِي مَالِكَ وَنَفْسِهَا

From Abu Hurairah radliyallahu anhu, that the Prophet (Muhammad) sallallahu alaihi wa sallam, he said, "The best wife is a woman if you see her, then she will make you happy, if you order her, then she obeys you, and if you leave her, then she takes care of your property and herself."

From Ali bin Abi Talib radliyallahu anhu, he said, "I have married Fatimah radliyallahu anha. I then said, "O Messenger of Allah, "Let me live in the same house with her." He said, "Give her something as dowry." I said, "I have nothing." He said, "Where is your armor that is heavy and can break a sword?". I replied, "Here." He said, “Give it to her.”

قَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : إِذَا أَتَاكُمْ مَنْ تَرْضَوْنَ دِيْنَهُ وَخُلُقَهُ فَأَنْكِحُوْهُ إِنْ لَا تَفْعَلُوُهُ تَكُنْ فِتْنَةٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَفَسَادٌ كبيرٌ . قَالُوْا : يَا رَسُوْلَ اللهِ وَإِنْ كَانَ فِيْهِ ؟ قَالَ : إِذَا جَاءَكُمُ مَنْ تَرْضَوْنَ دِيْنَهُ وَخُلُقَهُ فَأَنْكِحُوْهُ
